“I interviewed at least four contractors until I found the right one,” she said about Temple. “He listened to my ideas about restoring it back to place, versus remodeling it into a new home like they do now. I wanted to keep it as authentic as possible.” - The Ada News
When it comes to design, the Roofing Department and General Constructing Inc. goes to great lengths to have you covered. This was an intentional historical restoration project with the goal of restoring this 1930's masterpiece. Originally, designed by legendary Ada architect Albert S. Ross, who designed other Ada area landmarks like Ada Arts and Heritage Center and the Sugg Clinic.
Restoring this property to suite the eye of these proud homeowners was an honor; especially to be a part of building such respectable architeture in Ada. We're excited to be apart of this homeowner's journey.

The Project:
Everything about this project was custom and tailored to the specific needs of this centennial beauty. Installing Class-4 Impact Resistant shingles to provided long-term protection, inreased property value, and a charming classic touch.
